Reedy Land Co purchased a several-hundred-acre property in Woodruff, South Carolina with the goal of creating a multi-use residential development. We had previously created an overview video showcasing the entire property and its natural features in order to generate interest among potential investors. Once things got moving with the project, we joined the sitework crew to document the process of clearing out and building entrances for the first two tracts.
