I’ve seen some pretty well-managed hunting tracts while shooting with Reedy Land Co, but this one might have them all beat. Mill Pine Farms is impeccable, so we had to give it the same treatment when creating a preview for potential investors. Everything is here: food plots, several Redneck deer blinds, hog traps, an immense trail system, and a spacious storage building and well. Not to mention the property’s abundant mature pines and creek frontage. The worst thing about this place is having to leave.
